I just avoid ranked in general. Not a fan of the tryhard attitude I see every single game, Which usually results in teamwide rage if the slightest thing goes wrong.

that's why i don't play my main champion pool in normals/ why i get supper feed and start looking for bad fights 1v3 in their jungle. gotta keep it fun yo. MissFortune pew pew

Because in normal you have confident and in ranked you scared the enemy. I found this point and started to climb by having more confident.

I have played with far better players in Team Builder than I have in ranked, while seeing the new map. I just played a promo where the mid laner complained about lag and just stayed on the platform. They kept reconnecting so leaverbuster wouldn't get them, and then proceeded to play as if nothing was going on 15 minutes in without saying a word. The amount of trolling in Ranked solo queue is making this game extremely unenjoyable. Until they take it seriously I'm not giving them anymore of my money.

What he means is that he doesn't think when he plays normal and not quite how he plays in normals, which he does badass things and kills all the people and acts like a super sayian. Hopefully that explained a bit :p

maybe cause in ranked you need a leader , in normals most of the time you cant lead anyone even if you try pple dont listen as much cause theyr doing their own thing rather then the common goal.

Somewhat similar, only I don't call the shots unless someone else isn't doing it come late game.

In Normals I tend to just goof off, even if I'm playing with a serious build with a serious champ that's in its best lane. In ranked, I try to play the best I can so even if we lose, I know I tried my best (Though I don't say anything to my teammates about it, I'm not that sort of person lol).
