riot doesnt care about vote manipulation here. make your own accounts and upvote your own shit, but more effectively, get a bunch of people in a discord server and just dump all your clickbait posts in there for them to instalike all your attention whoring bullshit

You can also write a title like "Unpopular opinion: I need to breath to stay alive" : the OP says something that is aknowledged by everyone(maybe he read like 200 posts about the subject so he's sure not to get downvotes), but by writing "Unpopular opinion", he protects himself from "thanks capt'n obvious" comments and farm more upvotes because he'll attract every edgy person who thinks they're some kind of special snowflakes (and you know they're legion in this board). You must also have no personnality and no balls and delete any post that has dislikes before more people see it. So that you can protect your reputation and gain fidelity with other people without personality(edgy people unite, then separate when they're too many because it won't be edgy anymore)

Say, "That Face When.." in the title and then post a random GIF.

Or just post a whole bunch since each post = 1 upvote.
