Passive: Free crit lul Hitting an enemy champion with a basic attack grants you extra movementspeed when moving towards them Additionally, after landing 3 basic attacks, the next one double hits, dealing 50% AD bonus physical damage which applies on-hit effects and can critically strike and against targets below 50% of their maximum health it will deal 6 / 8 / 10% of their maximum health as bonus magic damage. Proccing the fourth hit will give you a wind shield

Q: Tumble forward, while throwing a shuriken forward aswell. Your next auto attack does increased damage and blinks you to your target, up to 3 nearby enemies If you've procced your passive, all enemies hit by Q will be knocked up by a whirlwind

W: Passive: Silverbolts Active: Sends a shadow forward that you can swap with by re-activating the ability. If you have swapped places with the shadow, or after the shadow dissapears, you have 3 seconds to re-activate the ability again to Meditate, restoring health every second while you are protected by a wind-sphere, blocking all projectiles and taking reduced damage

E: Passive: 10% bonus AD while the ability is not on CD Active: Dash to your target, no CD. If the target is a champion, you will shadow slash and knock them back, if they hit a wall, they become stunned and take additional damage Additionally, your basic attacks deal true damage for 5 seconds

R: Gain bonus movementspeed and attackspeed for a short duration. Kills and assists refresh the duration Using q stealths you briefly, and you have increased bonus AD Additionally, attacking a champion will activate Death Mark. If the target is knocked up, it will instead cast Last Breath

It means that a champion's actual objective strength has little-to-nothing to do with how masses perceive a champion.

The only time I'd want Zed banned is when I intend to play my main and I have a shitty pick - like first pick on the blue team. And only because of that.

On the flip side I consider Yasuo a completely wasted ban, but that doesn't stop people to refuse how to counterplay him.

I'd say it was similar with Kassadin. I played since Season 3 preseason and the paranoia was so idiotic, I basically never got to actually play against him. Was he strong? Was he annoying? Can't say, because in those 2 or 3 of my games people were only feeding with him.
