Hello,

Miss Fortune "Make It Rain" damage scales with Ability Power. If you buy only AP items, the damage will be insane. Here is an example of AP Miss Fortune video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LHu3gcQWT_c

it may not do a lot of damage, but I just had a match where she just spammed that move and the rest of her team managed to take advantage of it to win the match :L

they just need to make it so she has an AD ratio on ult and that her AP scaling abilities do magic while her AD scaling abilities do physical and she'd be much better off.

Pretty much. One of the most garbage abilities in the game. She has to stop to start the channel, allowing people to catch up to her anyways.
