You people joke, but Wind drakes give everyone better map rotations and even an escape if you can avoid combat long enough.
Because the ocean drake gives my mages sustain when I'm out too long.
But gotta go fast. Specially with the Janna changes.
People who say cloud is bad/worst of the dragons are thoroughly uninformed and dont understand how snowballs work. Early on cloud is probably the best of the dragons. It doesnt scale well but the movement speed it offers early on is actually nutty for rotations and making plays.

While we're at it, can we petition them to make the drakes in this game be voiced by the "rapper" drake? Then I can sleep at night.

Meh. I'm sure it's a joke but meh. All of the drakes are very useful, but Cloud tends to be the least of the 5 unless you either have a relatively low-mobility team or you count getting the Elder without having any prior drake buffs.
