Kha'Zix R Evolve Bug

If you die at any point after evolving your R on , you lose the visual effect, making look how you did before you evolved R. This is only a visual bug, and doesn't affect the actual R in any way, but I have seen this bug for quite some time without anyone mentioning or fixing it. Am I the only one seeing it, or is it happening to you guys as well?
