I heard a myth. The myth entails that on the day of Ekko's full release, the number one Zilean main and number one Ekko main made a custom match together versus no bots. The match hasn't ended, and at this rate, it never will. It's of course, just a myth.

Thing is, though, there's nothing wrong with using someone's IP as long as it isn't already exclusively licensed to another party. All Riot needs to do is pay royalties and/or a license fee to use the IP.

Pretty sure the profit would significantly outweigh the expenditure, too.
