Checking Surrender@20 for some knowledge on the Swain changes...

Let me give you a rundown, since I've done nothing but play the fucker.

He now sets Beatrice at target location, and attacks (without the bad-ass beam particle, mind you) any one thing in that circle. It prioritizes champions, and does double damage to minions.

Sounds great on paper.

unfortunately, due to the patheticness of the slow, and the shortness of the aoe area, champions are quite capable of simply WALKING OUT, only taking one tick of damage, so if you try to start a fight, there is a good chance it will not go in your favor. For people that were fine with "drain tank" and "dots", they found an interesting way to take his dueling capabilities, kinda the thing that made Swain who he is, and just ruin it. Absolute garbage. You may think I'm over reacting, but I swear, I've played him since I was level 10 on this damn game, and I've well mastered him. This change takes what he was, and SLAPS it in the face. You won't get an E Q combo worth near the affect, you won't have near the range of a slow as you used to. And, considering how most melee champions have some form of defensive power or gap-closer, they will know to jump in any direction to get out of the aoe, wait it out, and then slam your face in with their sword, mallet, or axe.
