obviously it's teemo doombot confirmed for the harrowing with shrooms every few pixels and he has a 0.1cd on his stealth. His blind does aoe damage and blinds everyone hit in the radius and his poison moves on to the next enemy upon death (like 
aids). His speed boost is now a dash on a 1 sec cd. GG rito.

Something makes me think that this could be a Gnar legendary skin (since Teemo already has one legendary)... I still hope is Teemo!

No way this is Satan Gnar, that would be mega troll on Riot's part. First no Star Guardian Urgot, then no Satan Teemo would be a terrible outcome. :(
