E can be used on someone more than once without cooldown. Tornadoes take 1 Q. W is lane wide. R can be activated map-wide. Passive: Crits do 25% more damage. Shield charges twice as fast.

nah nah nah, w is a cage around him with 360 protection, tornados are default, e damage has infinite scaling plus infinite uses, and ultimate is global like a karthus ult
