E can be used on someone more than once without cooldown. Tornadoes take 1 Q. W is lane wide. R can be activated map-wide. Passive: Crits do 25% more damage. Shield charges twice as fast.
Infinite ult range?
Can ult on any disable.

Not just doombot Yasuo. There is a curse that lets the bots spam his wind wall
And no garen passive :(
He automatically windwalls every projectile targeted at his teammates, regardless of where he is on the map.
