Out of all honesty....
Galio isnt "Bad". He just wrecks 
. Or at least "i" do in my elo with him vs these champs when i do have to mid.
Problem is, theres other champs out there that can either CC lock, Burst, or do sustain damage like swain n vlad, and just delete people. While Galio only has one real move, is melee, and his Ult is pretty easy to get out of and half the time kills him.
I feel like he needs to keep his passive, Q and W. His "wind trail" or whatever it is, needs to be massively reworked, and his ult, he needs to take like 35% less damage AND ignores CC while casting his ult (so 
cant just bear stance him or 
insta gib him).

I'm pretty sure he is the last anti-mage in the game if exclude Kassadin as an anti-mage, who is probably more of one.
So, what is Galio? MR Scaling Mage I guess.
