What's wrong with him?

I think Karthus would be in a better spot if skillshots weren't so common atm. Makes people more used to dodging skillshots and therefore his Q's, and when I play as Karthus I can land only maybe 1/2 if I'm lucky to 1/4 and against Karthus its easy to dodge them, and this is in Silver division let alone higher ones.

Karthus was more dangerous before his VU. His Q was hardly noticeable and you could shred an enemy before he knew it. They wanted to make his q more noticeable so enemies could have more of a chance to dodge the ability. I think some minor tweaks would do wonders for Karthus. Particularly, I would like to see a reduced time for the explosion on his Q. Or if that isnt a possibility, I would like to see Karthus deal a small amount of damage on his slow or a percent increase damage on slowed enemies or on any enemies subjected to CC. I think his ult is still unique, and I would hate to see that changed. Any time you ult could be completely game changing, but I don't think a reduction on the CD at the early levels would break him perhaps a 30s/15s/0s reduction to his ult cd would help.
