Last night I got caught out as jinx near drag against a Bard. Asuper fed lb and a mildly fed ez were chasing me and Bard decided that was the perfect time to ult me. My team caught up, they got drag, and we won a teamfight I should have been dead for because I got consecutive rocket crits to kill lb and ez. Bard is the real mvp
LMAO this is the BIGGEST problem I've had playing as Bard. You know how many kills I've accidentally prevented for my team with that ult? Caught our Nidalee mid death jump, which looked cool but her prey got away.
I cannot apologize enough for that ult. Gonna take some getting used to.
In an Aram last night, I was playing Zyra and had an Alistar that would constantly knock people out of all of my AoE's and plant ranges. I was SOOOOOOO pissed!

Several times so far. He ults the guy we are killing instead of the team thats coming to help him (which we can see fyi)
I also got one teammate killed with a VERY poorly judged max range ult that, instead of helping, stunned the teammate that was coming to help him ;-;

last game, playing malzahar, dumping my combo on j4. Tresh Comes in, flails him out of my w, then lasthits him as he starts moving again (right as i put e on him). Also had many cases when Blitzcranks pulled enemys out of malz ws, away from cassio ult or similar things. And I din't even get started on Lees. I tend to call them "insects" after they fail their insec-copies.
Or Bard ults you right as the enemy is about to catch up and kill you.

I was playing Zac and my Bard ulted the enemy I was fighting just as I ulted...
The cast range of his ultimate is huge while it's field of action is strangely small... If it was a bit larger (or smaller) it could be thrown with better results imo.
Edit: What i mean is that it's current radius makes it hard to either focus on enemies alone or getting the ones you want while leaving the secure kill outside of it with the outer ring.
I played my first Bard game last night....
I did all of this :D ..... I felt pretty bad. I have learned that Bard will take some time and learning for me. I am sorry to those I probably pissed off last night........ lol
All last night I just kept saying "Omg. What am I doing? Woah. I'm terrible." lol ....the other team surrendered though so at least I didn't ruin the game I guess. :3
My ult I ruined was Graves. I ulted the enemy team and 2 seconds later I see a huge bullet go through...yeah :/ whoops.
its going to be one of those champs that noobs pick up and every time they do it will be painful for those around them...like master yi, is he pretty strong? sure he is...is he on bronze? well..then his name changes to master feed every time...5 enemies with a combined 6 levels on me? "im going in guys, watch this! imma rofl stomp these fools!" ult, alpha strike, dead yi...2-17-4 "man i carried yall..."
Completely the opposite, the enemy bard ULTED ME, when I was playing Rammus. So I effectively saving me, and letting me get a double. Then dying to Twitch's DoT.
Well once in a team fight I played Kat and jumped in with our alistar and we both ulted. Then Bard came and elated us in the middle of the enemy team. Another time I played as Braum and almost got a perfect 5-man ult, then Bard's ult came.
Why can't teammates see where his targeting his ult? Would be nice to know when he's about to force me into a Zhonyas.

I got my bard trolling out of the way when we aced the enemy team, started running up mid, and I managed to land the ult on the entire team. Everyone got a kick out of it.
