Allies agreeing, as in the example above -- he's proxying an ally's lane, they don't agree, he shouldn't do it.

Allies agreeing, as in a jungler staying top side most of the game for counter-ganks, stopping aggression top side as you leave or meet them, etc etc.

Edit: was a simple precautionary suggestion, to help with team communication and such.

Cuz you're proxying in their base, effectively proxying 2 lanes at once. That way you get 12 cs per wave but your midlaner gets 0.

With balls like that he'd probaly need a kilt though.

Nah b, that's not how it works. If he's in the base, he's alone. His team has to understand that there will be no aggression top lane and that their top laner has free roam throughout the map if they choose to roam. Singed has to cooperate with his team; can't simply ignore the rest of the team and leave it a 4v5, 4v4, etc.
