The problem is getting there. Her Mana efficiency at early levels is mindbogglingly bad. Even for a support.

No no, you want item 3174 if you're in an appropriate match-up early. Straight up mana regen instead of just 100% base regen :c

If you're against AD tho... I guess morello is fine? But Grail is holy for mana regen.

Soraka has 9.0 mana regen at level 1 (which is shared by all dedicated supports). Though she just below average regen late game. Personally, I prefer item 3070 , since you get the shield from seraphs later on.

(On an unrelated note, I never realized Jinx had the highest mana regen at level 18 with 23.7 followed by Sivir at 23.3.)

Makes sense. Rather than casting a lot of spells, Jinx's rockets cost a little bit of mana with each auto. She's not quite a caster adc, so she's not expected to build anything with mana like trinity force. Not too sure about Sivir, considering she gets mana back if she blocks a spell.

Nerfing Jinx's regen/mana would probably nerf the rockets as well.

Also tear is awesome.

Try playing Sona. What heals? What do you mean you wanted a mana pool after throwing out 3 heals.

I feel like Sona was designed to be a pokey champion judging from her passive, Q, and E; and at the end of her development Riot just went "Let's just throw in a heal while we're at it."

Maybe. But god if they didn't gut her ability to poke in the early game. Feels like i need a item 3100 to be taken half seriously for damage.
