I could totally go off on that, but I'll assume you were humoring me.

Now, assuming from your username that you're a Vlad main, I can offer some tips if you ever find yourself against a Vel'Koz:

Use your minions as a shield when he Qs. A good Vel can and will hit you at least some of the time if given the chance.
Do not get hit by an E+W. Ever. Use anything you need to. Just don't.
If you get Deconstructed, blow W, and you can't kill him, you're fucked.

Or just build Spirit Visage, in which case he can still kill you with a full combo, but at least he can't do any real poke damage.
