Skin not included? Graves or Gragas both of these represent something about american culture. Graves is the stereotypical texan and gragas is the fat everyone else who loves to eat/drink.

Skin Included? Anivia and Ryze cause of those sweet bald eagle and uncle skins.

It's hard to say because America is super diverse. So maybe Udyr since he can have many different faces per say. And i think he takes heavy influence from native american culture.
