Twitch Evelynn Rengar = usually can't carry against anyone smart unless the person is good enough to carry with some other champion

Akali Shaco Talon Khazix = its probably not the fact that they're stealth and the fact they are jerkass assassins with jumps

Vayne Teemo MonkeyKing = not a real stealth champion but people have no skills at dealing with them even without them using stealth
