Name 3 scariest scenarios in league that usually make you go WTF and a nano heart attack. Mine:
When someone leaves.
When someone feeds.
When someone trolls.
1.any moment during a promo game, especially one that is between divisions
2.chasing someone too far and realizing you are dead so you have to try and get the kil before you die from 4 enemies ;.;
3.engaging as a support (especially hard engage like leona or thresh) and seeing your adc is still in the back csing when you have 2 easy kills set up who are now attacking you ;.;
Guarding jungle while your team is taking blue, not paying too much attention, round corner and HELLO ENEMY TEAM
Waiting in tri with your adc as support lux and getting blitz pulled into dragon pit and killed by entire enemy team before you hit the ground
Being surrounded at bot turret and dodging a nid spear, blitz grab, lux snare, varus Q and nami bubble thrown almost all at the same time.......and then being killed by minions for an execute.
The small things tha are very frightening to me :
Our jungler uses pre-built sentences to justify his action pre-3 like "We shouldn't invade, amumu requires blue" or "We clealy have a worse level 1" when you know for a fact they are elsewhere.
"Duo bot with XYZ" in champ select.
turn a corner escaping with your little hp after sneaking a buff steal/kill, get a huge BLING explosion with fireworks everywhere (hawkshot)
Anytime I pick 
and the enemy team picks 
. If isn't shut down, I need a pillow to bite down on. (Aatrox is one of Mordekaiser's two hard counters, the other being Cho, but Cho isn't as bad later on, when I have CotG built up.)
Going to gank and as I go all in 3 enemy team members run up from behind me and brutalize me and end up winning a team fight.
One time I was playing 
and got a Leap kill on a target, and I had wings. I was falling back top lane when suddenly 
comes in and is Spirit Rushing at me. I used a Leap and a Flash and I still got killed.
Barely escaping a Teemo. I have 50 health left. Need to watch where I step. Ezreal ult comes out of no where. Lucky flash to dodge. Throw down pink ward and I'm standing right next to 2 shrooms and a bush. In slow motion I see a 3rd shroom go down under me and hear a Teemo laugh as I explode in a cloud of poisonous gas.
Thinking you are safe and about to win a duel then a horribly fed Twisted Fate teleports in and kills you again (true story).
You are recalling in a bush and suddenly the enemy jungler walk into the bush and A. Dosnt't notice you and give you a heart attack. B. Kills you.
1.i was playing as rengar and since i main jungle i can basically sense when ganks are coming before they happen, if im focused enough (too pro for wards, well actually too lazy) but i could tell vi was coming top cause it was about 7 or 8 minutes in and i was bullying the shit out of this guy so i waited in the river bush and hopped on em as soon as i saw him. Now i died but i did it for the lol's. told her never to gank me again. Next time she ganked me i killed her and the guy for a double.More like i scared him.
I gave jax one kill and he fucked every in the ass, EVEN HIS OWN TEAM!I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THATS POSSIBLE!
i was rengar and i was being chased by the whole enemy team and i was juking the shit out those guys by hopping on monsters and people in the back of the chase. I only got away but Jinx's aim was topnotch and she hit me with her lazer.
Rengar has nearly given me a heart attack on multiple occasions.
