That is way too common. ADC get's caught by jungler and ADC. While trying to save them I sacrifice myself and they live. As soon as they back I read in all chat, "Report 
for feeding". When a ADC looses lane, "report for feeding". When an ADC wins the lane, "Report 
for being brain dead and forcing me to 1 v 3 that fight".
Seems legit.
And HERE'S the part where I have to get MYSELF killed so that my idiot ally can get away safely!! They better not turn around and try to get back into the fight...

I saw my ADC taking hits from MUNDO's throws 5+ in a row. He kept standing in the same spot every single time.
The entire time I'm thinking: Just stand somewhere else for fucks sake!
I have this strange feeling that the boards hate adc's.

Or when you go to ward river then before you get back your adc decides to dive both of them while you're gone, giving them free gold...
