Dft is very good for jhin thanks to his high ad ratio (jhin can get a lot of ad) and the fact that it burn for the full 4 second by every shot of his ultimate and his w.

DFT is amazing on Jhin mostly because it has a 25% AD scaling, and you know how much AD Jhin gets with his passive. Jhin's W and R both apply DFT with it's full damage while his remaining abilities do half damage which is pretty good.

Warlords is a good mastery to take when you're against a very difficult matchup (Like a Zyra) an need the lifesteal to survive in the laning phase.

I just assumed Bloodlust would be best because his high AD means high levels of healing, but I guess since it'd been beaten down for range champions I should have been thinking sooner.

I'll be swapping that for when I go to play Jhin. Thank you.

That is certainly good logic, especially considering warlords is still viable on adcs because of it's safety net [even after the nerf] And your welcome ;p I also saw a jhin save his life with warlords because of his large amounts of AD... It was amazing.

It's weird, though, how people can hit skill shots with certain characters, but miss with other characters. Like, I can hit a ton of my Mystic Shots with Ezreal yet I can't land many Blitz hooks...

The timing is different so you have to lead them by different amounts. If you're too used to one timing, you'll miss shots with the others.

I had a first time Swain on my team in 3s once. He took Thunderlords then he rushed item 3065 item 3158 and then went for item 3165 . He was laning against Yasuo and got destroyed. Swain is like one of the hardest counters to Yasuo. Seeing his build and watching him get rekt by a Yasuo made me cry. The enemy only had 1 Ap champion too. None of them even really had any forms of lifesteal. Towards the end of the game when we were getting destroyed he complained that Swain is a lame champion and does no damage...This was after his rework and before he got nerfed too.

I don't even know why item 3158 are now the recommended boots for Swain. item 3020 are significantly better, Swain's cooldowns aren't really that high to begin with, plus he's a DoT mage/sustain tank. item 3027 is also no longer in his recommendations so I see Swains who never build it.

ROA and Spirit Visage are still core for Swain. He needs the sustain from ROA and the mr is just the bonus from Spirit Visage. He needs the 25% increased healing. His recent nerf was an ult cd nerf so the items stayed the same. Also, you can only beat Yas if you poke him out firsr. A first timer wouldn't and would try to fight him.

Well for some reason ROA disappeared from my recommended items list after the mage update, Sorc boots also became Ionians. Every time I want either of those things I have to search the shop for them. I could just make a damn item page for him but I'm too lazy. Also despite how amazing Spirit's Visage is on him for some reason I rarely end up building it (most of the time nobody builds grievous wounds items and his sustain is already super strong anyway) unless I'm behind or against an AP assassin. Even then I typically rush item 3001 first against AP assassins like Leblanc and Fizz. So far it's always worked, but I guess it's also silver elo where people build stupid stuff. Nobody ever tries to build hp/mr against me until I'm already destroying them. They just keep rushing their damage items even though I poke them out of lane the second they come back and then complain that "Swain is impossible to trade with."

Gangplank Tries way too hard to last hit with Q's or barrels earlygame without item 3057 . Doesn't take Bandit mastery and never harasses the enemy with Parrrley. Only tries to use barrels to farm and harass but always fails. Doesn't weaken minons with autoattacks first before using barrels to finish them off Overextends into enemy minion wave to smack the enemy with passive and usually ends up dying. Doesn't use ult to assist with fights in other lanes. Doesn't drop properly place barrels, ie keep one at his feet or in a bush Rushes freaking item 3086 instead of item 3057 only to forget item 3078 doesn't contain anymore. Tries to cover this up by rushing item 3087 Wonders why he does no damage with rush and no AD Sometimes rushes item 3044 for "da AD" when is 100% vital to winning trades Sometimes rushes item 3101 for who knows what reason Eats oranges every time off CD to try to keep an unnecessarily high HP advantage and runs OOM/gets killed in a gank with no Oranges Fails barrel combos mid-lategame Drops barrels in enemy's faces and gets them destroyed before he can hit them

Whines that GP is a trash champ when they feed because of any of the above

What's so bad about that? lol I can't say I really main a champion but whenever I have more experience with a certain champion than my friends they pretty much always take my advice lol. Well... I have this one bronze friend from NA who doesn't listen to me at all, worst thing about that is the advice I gave was litterally "please autoattack" (on adc) and "Can you get sightstone" (on support, said "please get sightstone" like 4 times before the game and another 6 in the game itself, still no sightstone) But other than this one person all my other friends listen to me lol.

Diana trying to gank/all in before level 6. Rushing item 3115 against an all squishy team an wondering where their burst is. Starting Q and so not being able to fully clear the jungle, then complaining that they got a bad leash.

The next ones are not my main, but my next favourites: Rushing item 3157 on Ekko . Going into the middle of the enemy team before their CC has been blown and then dying and being unable to ult. Also, people always tell me 'BUILD TANK ITEMS!!' This might have been good a few patches ago, but it isn't as good now and does not suit my playstyle.

Nocturne Getting E second for jungle clear and getting executed. Building item 1416 and item 3153 then wondering why they can't burst people like what has happened to them. Using their ult and then realising that they are too far away. Not spellshielding at all. Not building CDR. Trying to do way too much without ult.

Watched a Leona miss about 95% of her E and ult casts. Yet somehow she would miraculously get an AA or W for champ last hits. They never engaged on enemy once after laning faze. Then they got a friggen S for all the kill stealing they did to their lane partner...it was a very frustrating game to play.
