I see white and gold, I've never seen it black and blue at all, until Ellen had her wearing it. XD

I've actually seen it both ways. But this one is definitely gold and white.

It is actually blue and black in reality, its just that the quality of the photo is so bad that the brain cannot clearly decide whether its in light or shadow. Some perceive that the dress is in dark shadows, so they think the colours are brighter so that it fits the picture. If you see it as in bright light, you assume darker colors.

Take the photo to paint and copy the colour and youll see exactly what colour it is. It is infact indigo and maroon.

I've always seen blue and dark gold, and when I tilt my head just right and stare, it starts looking like white. My brain just doesn't do white balancing that well, so I usually see the colour of indoor lights, like a reddish for incandescents, or greenish blue for fluorescents. Sunrise is this beautiful smoky red colour on everything.
