I think I get it now

Riot has been ending a lot of memes this year.

The whole #FreeTyler1 is more or less a meme at this point (like Harambe).

Thus a number of people think if they spam the meme enough Riot will "listen" and unban Tyler1.

Sadly it will be one meme I don't think even Riot will end, because let's face it...he will never truly reform. To reform he would have to change what made him popular in the first place. >.> Me, I honestly don't care about Tyler and I just felt like posting this little epiphany.
