Tell me this does not look like a new Nautilus ultimate or legendary skin

This splash was found in the pbe yesterday and it was named nidalee splash_ 7 despite the fact that is obviously sivir with what looks like nautilus in the background. I believe the skins to be maybe justicar or a a whole new type. Riot has confirmed that it will be an underplayed and under skinned champ that will get the ultimate skin and i think it just might be our marine friend Nautilus. so hyped for a new skin in general though.
