Nah because more people play them so more people are good at them. In result, it is a lot harder to get an S.

Now, my Support Yorick on the other hand.... this took me about 4 days from scratch...

That's what i said. Off meta champs have a lower play rate so less people are good at them therefore making it easier to get an S rank
