I think if his kit is going to involve terrain usage, his meta role might shift into the Jungle, like Malzhar's did for a little bit after his rework

Oh Yeah, I had something similar happened with Aurelion sol, I cancelled my E above one of the walls and had me start glitch moving for a few seconds

Everyone goes on about walking through the walls....

I want him to climb a ~~church steeple~~ Tower.

Picture it. You're mid and your lane opponent, Talon, is roaming. You don't want to follow, cause you need some farm and following a Talon is scary. So you push. You get the wave in and move to Auto, when you see the Talon Camouflaged, standing atop his bastion. He dives through the air, and you're dead before you get three feet.

Let him climb enemy Towers too, even. Keep him perma revealed when he does so, and he can't Auto the thing while on it, and can only divebomb enemy champions, so he can't hop up and jump to a minion to escape.

Or, more likely, what they mean by using terrain is either hiding in the wall, or something in his kit let's him or his blades rebound off walls.

I'm REALLY hoping his new Passive lets him hop onto walls if he issues a movement command in a wall and then on top of impassable terrain and jump from wall to wall. THAT WOULD BE SO COOL TO PLAY AND WOULD REALLY BRING ME BACK TO THE DAYS WHEN I PLAYED AC MULTIPLAYER (which is probably one of the funnest multiplayer experiences I have had when the stupid poison move wasn't used)!

Could get a short cooldown, increased while in combat (so spotting talon early can keep you alive, or kill him.)

Nah, he doesn't really have counterplay, just counter build and hope he isn't ahead.

Rework his passive too and maybe he could still be useful.

Maybe something that already got suggested in the boards for a new champ.

Could be he is able to hop on a wall walking over it. Imagine it like Bard's magical Journey but it can't be used by anyone and maybe he is able to leap from the wall to an enemy to attack him.
