i actually hope they mean with that that his e got reworked into a wall-hop. that would be goddamn cool.

I want him to climb a church steeple Tower.
Picture it. You're mid and your lane opponent, Talon, is roaming. You don't want to follow, cause you need some farm and following a Talon is scary. So you push. You get the wave in and move to Auto, when you see the Talon Camouflaged, standing atop his bastion. He dives through the air, and you're dead before you get three feet.
Let him climb enemy Towers too, even. Keep him perma revealed when he does so, and he can't Auto the thing while on it, and can only divebomb enemy champions, so he can't hop up and jump to a minion to escape.

Or, more likely, what they mean by using terrain is either hiding in the wall, or something in his kit let's him or his blades rebound off walls.
I'm REALLY hoping his new Passive lets him hop onto walls if he issues a movement command in a wall and then on top of impassable terrain and jump from wall to wall. THAT WOULD BE SO COOL TO PLAY AND WOULD REALLY BRING ME BACK TO THE DAYS WHEN I PLAYED AC MULTIPLAYER (which is probably one of the funnest multiplayer experiences I have had when the stupid poison move wasn't used)!
Finally talon will be more than just discount Zed
Maybe something that already got suggested in the boards for a new champ.
Could be he is able to hop on a wall walking over it. Imagine it like Bard's magical Journey but it can't be used by anyone and maybe he is able to leap from the wall to an enemy to attack him.

I was thinking something similar over in gameplay. I might end up picking him up if it's what I think it is or close to it.
