Then he ends the game with less damage done than the Janna support, and still gets his ass carried to a win because the rest of the team actually started doing better when he stopped feeding the enemy free kills.

I actually played once with a Jinx that refused to leave bot lane because she said "Leona was toxic so you don't deserve to win". I don't remember getting a message about her being banned after I reported her for griefing, but I'd hope at least half of the players in the game reported her. It was in bronze though, so people honor trolls if they give free kills and report anyone who has a bad game.
