Base stats: Same as live, but +5 Armor.

Passive: Iron Man - Mordekaiser is secretly a genius billionaire playboy philanthropist and starts the game with a large cache of gold, based on the number of dashes and CC abilities the enemy team has. +50 starting gold for each ability that has a dash or crowd control effect on the enemy team (can count twice if an ability has both).

Q: Mace of Trades - PASSIVE: As a king, Mordekaiser employs a very large workforce. Whenever he leaves the shop, allied champions each gain gold equal to 5% of what he spent (having spent a negative amount will subtract from future payouts). ACTIVE: Mordekaiser swings his mace at a target enemy, winning the trade by shielding him for 30/50/70/90/110 (+100% target’s tAD) (+60% target’s AP), dealing 10/45/80/115/150 (+80% tAD) (+50% AP) magic damage, and applying on-hit effects. Cost: 10/15/20/25/30 Health. Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 sec. Range: 300.

W: Lich King’s Tribute - PASSIVE: Mordekaiser is an evil overlord and takes everything his subjects have to give and then some. He steals 5% of all gold and experience earned by ally champions, increased to 25% for nearby allied champions. However, Mordekaiser is a generous evil overlord, and passively shares 25% of the experience he earns with nearby allied champions. What a great guy! ACTIVE: Mordekaiser binds himself to a target allied champion or minion for 4 seconds or until the target dies. 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% of the damage he takes is dealt to the target as True Damage instead. While active, this ability deals 25/35/45/55/65 (+30% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies per second. Mordekaiser and the target ally heal for 25% of the damage dealt by this ability. Cost: 15/20/25/30/35 Health. Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds. Target range: 850. Damage radius: 250 past unit’s hitbox.

E - Soul Initiative: Mordekaiser is well-known for enacting whatever twisted law suits his purposes. This ability is the enforcement of one such law. ACTIVE: Mordekaiser rightfully lays claim to the souls of all within his gaze, dealing (70% tAD) plus 8/10/12/14/16% (+2% per 100 AP) of their maximum health as magic damage and permanently stealing 2 maximum Health from each unit hit (5 for monsters and large minions, 20 for champions). Health can only be claimed from each enemy unit once. This effect persists through respawning of champions and jungle monsters. Cost: 10/20/30/40/50 Health. Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 sec. Range: 625. Angle: 35 deg.

R - Unforgotten Vengeance: Mordekaiser has not forgotten his previous death, and the fall of his empire. This ability can only be cast on enemy champions who are rooted or stunned directly adjacent to Mordekaiser. ACTIVE: Four specters are summoned around the target. They bind themselves to the target and pull in four directions, dealing 40/50/60% (+2% per 100 AP) of the target’s maximum health as True Damage. If the target survives, they gain a Mark of Vengeance until they die. Mordekaiser gains 45 movement speed toward enemies with a Mark of Vengeance. Cost: None. Cooldown: 160/120/80 sec. Target range: 125.
