Everyone knows autofill ruins the game by constantly putting you in a lane you dont know how to play every other game at least. I got autofilled for the first time in almost a year last night. I had to go top lane and as a support main I find this unacceptable. Why does this happen so often?!? Its not fair. It was the last game of my promos to Gold so Riot clearly set me up to fail because the system is rigged and I had to play Trundle into a Tyrndamere. We won and im gold now. He was able to outfarm me at all stages of the game and all I could do was play safe, stay relevant, and not feed. Yeah we won but Nobody has fun when theyre autofilled. I had fun laning against him but I was useless until teamfighting started. Everyone always flames you when you play bad if you admit to being autofilled in the pregame lobby. My team was very understanding and our JG took a couple extra trips top to help me out.

We have begging them to remove this since they added it. i wish they would remove that damn annoying and cancerous system. But they wont.

Complains that fill sucks because as a support, he was put in top lane. The fucking irony in this is too damned hilarious >XD

But yeah, Filler wasn't really the issue, it was the "Constantly getting thrown into thee least played/enjoyed role" for the longest time.

(That role being support)

It happens less now, and now here we have a supp main complaining about something other mains complained about. Totally backwards.

Dude one fucking autofill a year is like unheard of. I get autofilled at least once a day. My suggestion is to learn a champion that can do mid and top lane (like Akali Ekko Heimerdinger etc.) just so you have a backup in case you do get autofilled.

Idk man this post just seems all over the place. I cant necessarily tell what you want lmao. You get autofilled one time in a supposed year and you even WIN THE GAME but you're complaining about this. I dont really like autofill either, but i can also play all positions (I am just better at some than others), and since you are now a Gold i would expect that you should know how to play at least one other positions than support. Just my thoughts please dont flame me

Here's the thing - you shouldn't be playing in ranked if you don't know more than one role.

Furthermore, there are TONS of supports who can cross over top, even if you play them off meta. Janna and Soraka can both be cheesy tops, and Nautilus and Taric can also manage to do ok top lane too. With the amount of CC that support champions have, you ought to be able to stall out a lane at the very least and farm under the tower.
