there is no dodgeing in urf jax's e is pretty useless because no one attacks and most empowered autos go through his counter strike

while you have a poitng i did say empowered autos go through his counter strike and garen doesnt really auto he has a perma spin by activating and canceling his e and spamming it. yi may auto attack in between q's maybe
