but some champions even if feeding could really use it so they can stop feeding

Ziggs for example can easily just spam his spells to clear the wave from under or very close to the turret and that's that

And if they were feeding like that, the chances of them actually staying under the turret is low. Cause they wouldn't have died so many times in the first place.
