Well, my dad and sister are both gluten intolerant and get reallly bad stomach aches and diarrhea if they ingest it. One of my aunts has celiac.
I don't understand the people who avoid it because they think it's bad though. It's only bad for a select few people, and anyone considering a gluten-free diet should probably get him or herself tested before putting him or herself on a gluten free diet. I love being able to eat normally, and if I went gluten-free, eating would be so much less enjoyable.
