2017 Preseason introduces new candidate for "Saltiest Champion Main"?

EDIT: The actual ability description shows that he can only get the boost from 1 champion (The strongest he has killed), and he can also gain the boost from an assist where he used Death Mark, not just a kill.

Pretty sure it has a 1 second window, although that might have been Rengo Bonetooth necklace now that I think about it.

If anything the newest salty players will be ADCs.
