What would you recommend in terms of items for ADC Thresh? The standard items for every other ADC? I started out doing well when playing Thresh ADC, but my last few games didn't go so hot despite playing with my friend on Skype as Blitz support. I didn't seem to do as much damage as other ADCs.

My personal Rule of Thumb is that All ADCs (With perhaps an exception or 2 ) Should buy item 1038 first. For AD Thresh I Personally like to Rush item 3031 and then get some attack speed so I can throw that Damage out faster.

And also, yes, Level Flay 1st.

I know the feeling. One of my Nami games yesterday I had an AD carry Varus deciding to just run right up to the enemy Lucian and give him 12 kills. BEFORE THE 10 MINUTE MARK! Oh and he was calling me out for being a bad support. Um nothing I can do about your stupid level 1 tower dives.
