The ultimate frankenstein champion competition!!!

In this competition your goal is to make the most cheesy/overpowerd/weird champion by combining abilities of other existing champions to create the monster of your dreams!Here are the rules: 1)You have to give him/her/it a name. 2)You can only give him/her/it an ability once,for example you can not give him/her/it 3 fizz tricksters,one only! 3)The resources for the abilities do not mater,just pretend he/shr/it can you them all at once. 4)You are not allowed to change the place the abilities were before,like taking a certain champion's R and making it your champion's Q. And with that said,let the competion begin!
