When A Team mate Says They're "Stoned"

There is a 95% chance they aren't stoned, but instead a 12 year old boy trying to sound cool. From experience, stoned/drunk players don't actually announce it.
They'd better be playing malphite
I just report them for assisting enemy team when they play like shit.
So far every game I've had where a player says "HEY GUYS I'M HIGH" or "HEY GUYS I'M DRUNK", they end up getting the worst score on their team, and sometimes the whole game.
Announcing you are under the influence (of whatever) does not give you a pass to feed and build mana on Tryndamere. It also doesn't make mature individuals (note: not all mature individuals are adults; there are immature adults and mature teens; proud to say I'm a mature-ish adult) think that you are cool, awesome, funny, respectable, or someone they would want to game with in the future.
For these people, I have but one request.

Playing stoned is the only way to play. Seriously, who the hell plays this sober?
idk i play stoned, i play sober, i play all the same pretty much, but you dont need to go announcing it to everyone... Like what happens between you and your bong, should stay between your bong. lol
I would be more worried for a stoner to announce "I am sooooo sober man".
From experience, stoned players announce it to their friends only.
Most of the stoners I played with actually did a good job in the team.
Believe it or not but some pot smokers play better whey they are high
The one time I played stoned I died 1v2 top as riven because their teemo jungle was Invis in lane waiting for level 3 to Gangbang me. I couldn't help but laugh. I ended up laughing for 20-25 minutes without realizing it. I was afk the entire time on the floor. Team surrendered cus 4v5 but by golly, that was the best laugh I ever had
