Eh, her damage got hit for sure. But from what I've played she feels pretty good

3 second CD Q ain't nothing to fuck with. (Also Incandesence applying her passive again is nice as well)

To be honest after playing her on pbe she still feels the same, the cooldowns and cc duration changes are nice, but her new ult passive is basically just stabbing someone 3 times with a glowing sword with the same base ap damage as her q, the damage doesnt concern me too much because i generally build full tank rather than any damage.

Her scalings are super poor anyways so no real reason to build damage on her
