Make indirect buffs and nerfs to champions and break the game

All champions who haven't purchased boots cannot regenerate Health or Mana. All tier-2 boots now also have a spell-shield and Guardian Angel.

All unit kills (champion, minion, ext) only grants half gold . . . support buff.

armor/mr are now one stat
