Champions - Universe of League of Legends

Salutations, ladies and gentlemen, it is I, A Superb Villain, supreme authority on class and villainy. I am here to present you - yes, you - with the rare opportunity to in/validate your innermost belief: how good is my favorite champion?

I can say without fear that most are indeed quite good, but I cannot provide you with a detailed analysis explaining why until that champion in question is made explicitly clear.

All champions will be graded based on a five-point system (★★★★☆) according to three major criteria:

Lore - Is their story enticing? Design - How interesting is their aesthetic? Mechanics - Are they enjoyable to play as or against?

######*Disclaimer - I am fallible; my personal evaluation, while informed, is not above criticism. I will make mistakes, and for that I apologize.

So for those of you bold enough to offer your most beloved champion as sacrifice as tribute for evaluation, please, submit a comment with their icon and I will determine their value to the best of my exceptionally vile ability. https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/bioshock/images/d/dd/WouldYouKindly.png/revision/latest?cb=20100418081042

I feel like my dude Bard is lacking past acceptable levels for "cosmic being beyond what we can understand." I mean... That's what the void creatures are and we have oodles of them. Similarly Zoe is hinted to be the same way but they talk on and on about her. In-game too, bard is missing most emotion in his(?) voice lines despite some of his movements, like his wind-up for his empowered autos, being pretty over exaggerated and goofy. To my knowledge, we have no idea why he chucks the meeps and they spray out as a cone. It just feels like there's a bit of context missing in parts where it would be reasonable, while still keeping his mistique about him.
