I'm 98% sure that if any of us became Riot CEO that our mains would be unbannable and 27 tiers above everyone else, where everyone else would be nerfed 6 feet under.

Gnar Whenever he spawns he activates Ahri's charm effect that hits every champion on the map and lasts the whole game entirely leaving anyone incapable of attacking. (That'll teach them for attacking a child.) Katarina now does 0 damage on all of her moves, but instead does provide healing cookies on touch to allies and enemies alike. Fizz Fizz's E is now toggleable which means Fizz will stay untargetable and constantly move while his E is toggled and now he can use his Q,W,E, and R in this state. (Have fun!) Lux R has been permanently removed and now her R is a beam that instantly kills anyone it touches on her team. Blitzcrank Q is now a joke that if it hits an enemy they get a movement speed bonus instead of a pull into instant death. Gragas E now has no CD and can be used infinitely (Chest Bumps For Everyone!) Cassiopeia HAS BEEN **[CENSOR]**ING REMOVED. Riven Riven can only Q once and all of her skins have been set to Battle Bunny Riven. If the player is using Captain Volibear and successfully kill an opponent, Volibear will put them in cuffs, stuff them into a police car, and then watch them be driven away (This will disable said champion from respawning for the rest of the game) Teemo A passive has now been added that if a champion much bigger than Teemo, if near him, (allies or enemies) will kick him into the sky which will result in him exploding into nothing while fireworks pop in the sky and Battle Bunny Riven and Kitty Cat Katarina dance to inspirational music. Tristana will only say quotes that involve her obviously being in love with Rumble now that Teemo is nothing but air. (No, Rumble didn't come up with this idea....hopefully she notices me...) And finally: If Dj Sona is on both teams (any gamemode or map) anything that can deal damage will be reverted to 0 damage, the map will be covered in bright colorful lights including a dance floor at each mid section of the lanes and champions cannot do anything other than dance until everyone disconnects.

Varus I would move his attack speed buff from his passive to his W and make it active, and then make his passive Talon's, where he would do more damage to cc'd enemies on basic attack. Veigar I would make Veigar's abilities travel/work faster the closer he was to them. His W and E especially would trigger or fall faster than on live at close range, but just a tad slower at max.
