Turn a video game character into a league champ

I know this thread has already been done already, but we've had a lot of new games since then, so I thought it would be interesting what new ideas we could think of. I'll start.

Joker(Persona 5)

Range: 125 Movespeed: 335

Passive: Steal your heart! -Joker's crits don't deal any additional damage: Instead they stun an enemy for .2 seconds (increased by crit modifiers like IE) (10 second cooldown per enemy). Any bonus AD joker receives is halved.

Q: Swift strike- Joker creates an area where 4 inaccurate physical attacks are dealt. (Think old gp ult except not global) This ability can crit, but its chance of critting is reduced by half. If joker uses sukunda on an enemy champion, it's guaranteed to hit at least that enemy, but can still hit others. If the enemy under the effect of sukunda stays under swift strike for the entire duration, the last attack is guaranteed to crit that champion.

W: Ambush!- (Passive) When joker stuns an enemy by any means, he receives gold. (Active) joke hides on a piece of terrain for up to 3 seconds. He can't move, auto attack, and he can only cast Ambush! again to hop to an ajacent wall or turn a corner, but NOT on the same wall. If joker was not seen by anyone when he casts Ambush! he becomes invisible. If joker casts Ambush! on an enemy champion within range, he jumps on them and hits a guaranteed crit and dealing double his AD in damage [After his reduced ad from passive (Basically this auto would deal as much as all of his autos if they weren't reduced)]

E: Sukunda- Lowers enemy champion's movement speed by a low amount for 2 seconds. During this time, skillshots the enemy champion fires have a chance to go the wrong way.

R: Baton pass- If joker stuns 2 or more enemy champions within a small time period, he can cast Baton pass. Joker holds up his hand. If any friendly champion get close to him and left click him, both become invulnerable for a short time and play an animation. The friendly champion and joker trade places, and the friendly champion receives bonus AD, AP, and both give and receive stronger heals.

So yeah, this is my very sloppy attempt on creating a crit based support. Thought it would be a neat idea seeing a crit based support, plus in my own playthrough of persona 5, my joker build was largely buffs and debuffs, although something like matarukaja or debilitate would be busted in league. Anyway I'd like to see what other crazy shit people can come up with.

Geralt of Rivia, The Witcher Primary role: FIghter Secondary role: None Preferred position: Jungle

Passive - Roach/Witcher Mutations - Every 60-30 seconds (based on level), Geralt calls Roach over to him. While on Roach, Geralt has 60% increased Movement Speed, a 40-360 (based on Geralt's level, +5% total HP) shield, 200 increased Range and 20-100% increased damage (based on Geralt's level +5% per 100 total AD) on his next Auto Attack, refreshing every 12 seconds. Roach will leave once Geralt's shield is depleted.

Geralt uses Adrenaline to cast abilities, and can have up to five points at a time. Geralt generates Adrenaline by being in combat and landing attacks. Geralt's Movement Speed and Attack Damage is increased by 5% per unspent point of Adrenaline. Every five seconds, taking damage from an enemy Champion's abilities will remove one point of Adrenaline.

If Geralt dies with Adrenaline points, they will be instantly consumed to restore 1-3% (Based on Geralt's level, raised to 2% at level 7 and 3% at level 13) of Geralt's max health per Adrenaline point immediately. If the damage dealt to Geralt is enough to kill him through Adrenaline health, this will not proc.

Q - Whirlwind - First cast: Geralt starts spinning his sword on his next auto-attack, dealing 25-250 (+1 per 5 points of AD) physical damage per second in a circle around him, while retaining the ability to move, although slowed by 60%. After three seconds, the ability can be cast a second time.

Second cast: Geralt can extend the ability's duration by one second at the cost of one point of Adrenaline. If Geralt consumes three points of Adrenaline to keep the ability going, he ends in a grand finish, flourishing and dealing 25-250 (+1 per 5 points of AD) true damage to everything near him.

W - Quen - First cast: Geralt creates a spell shield around him for 5 seconds, blocking 20-100 (+1 per AP) damage. If the shield is broken, it detonates, dealing 30-200 (+1 per AP) magic damage. While the shield is active, the ability can be cast a second time.

Second cast: After .5 seconds, Geralt channels the Quen sign, creating an unbreakable shield. It costs 1 Adrenaline Point per second to keep active, and 1 additional Adrenaline Point to keep active per 50-250 (+1 per 5 AP) damage taken. Geralt heals for 4-20% of damage taken (+1% per 50 AP) during this time. Geralt can move while Quen is channeled, but moves 50% slower and cannot use abilities, cast summoner spells, or use active effects on items.

E - Rend - First cast: Geralt hops 200 units in the direction of the cursor and swings his sword in a heavy arc, dealing 60-200 (+1 per 10 points of AD) to every enemy hit [within 100 units of Geralt using a cone-skillshot]. Enemies hit with Rend are also slowed for 20-60% for 2 seconds. Holding the Rend key down increases the jump range, damage, and swing arc to up to triple their usual values at the cost of Adrenaline points. It takes 3 seconds and 3 Adrenaline Points to fully charge Rend. For two seconds after landing, Geralt can cast Rend a second time.

Second cast: After landing, Geralt can consume Adrenaline Points to increase his next attack's damage by 10-50 (1+ per 50 points of AD) per point of Adrenaline consumed. One Adrenaline Point consumed per re-tap of Rend during its recast time. Geralt can hold bonus Rend damage indefinitely until his next Auto-Attack on any unit. Geralt of Rivia, The Witcher -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------R (ULTIMATE ABILITY) - Aerondight - Geralt draws his silver sword, Aerondight, for ten seconds. Every auto-attack with Aerondight increases Geralt's damage by 5/7.5/10%, stacking up to 5 times. If fully stacked, the next auto-attack from Aerondight will be a guaranteed critical hit and end the ability. Killing an enemy Champion with Aerondight fully stacked will permanently increase Geralt's attack damage by 5/10/15.

-Evil is evil. Lesser, greater, middling...the degree is arbitrary, the definitions blurred. If I'm to choose between one evil and another...I'd rather not choose at all.
