Check the lore, Tristana has denied any relationship with Teemo beyond simply being friends. AND her unique taunts to the two... Well, it seems that she like Rumble more.

To Rumble : "Eyes on the enemy, Rumble." "Nice suit, Rumble. What do you call it?" (he named his suit after Tristana, Tristy) Seems like she's taken to friendly teasing, aka, flirting.

To Teemo : "Uh, are these your rations or your ammo?" Yep, so romantic there! obvious sarcasm

It's obvious that Teemo 's not a part of Tristana 's love life.

Same reason Teemo loves Tristana. Not like anyone can just stop him. That's what makes things interesting between Teemo and Rumble, they can either talkt it out, play the silent game, something has to be settled. On what, it's up to them.
