He isn't evil, he is simply broken from his past experiences of being screwed over. A champion like Shaco is evil, with no apparent light or redeeming qualities (off the board)

Viktor is doing what he is doing as a way of coping with what happened involving Blitzcrank.

In his mind he is doing the right thing with these upgrades. It's just misguided

I think he just wants to rule the world in his own view. But he doesn't want to go on a slaughter, he wants to turn everyone into robots.

Still a bad thing, but at least you're not gonna be a rotten corpse if he broke out some war out there.

See, people assumes he wants to convert everyone into machines, yet nowhere in his lore does he claim that as an objective. He has never done anything that suggests an intent to augment people against their will, nor deprive them of their humanity. His explicit goal is to improve others via techmaturgic augmentations, and that is a very significant choice of words.

I only assumed that because of the battlecast skins, which are the result of Viktor's augmentations. The fact he only chose evil Urgot or dangerous champions Chogath KogMaw is what gave me that process thought.

It's simply a skin AU, it's like calling Morde a demon from hell just'cause he's got an Infernal skin.

Hmm... Always assumed that the glorious Viktor was the actual future. Honestly like I said, I don't know much about him. Never had a proper convo or read about his lore.

Piltover/Zaun champions were always boring for me.
