Why is it when the girl is lusty or perverse, the situation is not one of discomfort but of humor? Why is the super-romantic guy mocked and played for laughs? Why does role-reversal create something funny out of something that would otherwise be obnoxious?

Women are typically supposed to be sexually non-threatening. It's a bit like the evil Englishman.

Go ahead and laugh at Sivir checking them out, it's not like she poses any manner of threat, etc.
