Zac has a number of ways to keep his target close to him and can either engage or escape relatively easily while still being incredibly disruptive, switching from damage to CC if he needs to. Lifesteal (What ADC doesn't have it?) would also help him spam his W, but because of his blobs he doesn't need as much of it.
would give you 75% crit chance and both physical AND magical %health damage on a very fast cooldown.

Vauren2 votesHe has the inherit tankiness to survive focus with his shield. Also, he has a built in Ravenous Hydra on that shield. No one can escape his wrath, so whoever he decides to focus down, will be sent to Davy Jones. Built in escape as well so he has safety vs ganks and can help set up ganks for his jungle by cc'ing the enemy duo.

Building CDR increases your Attack speed. so you'll get a ton of AS from items that don't itemize it And you have a ton of mobility/safety/self-peel in your kit, making you a super strong duelist/dmg dealer/laner.

AD liss - No one can escape you. Ever. Ap Taric - lots of AOE burst. Those Lich Band procs doe. That heal doe. Supp Vlad. just needs A will of the ancients to be effective. offers his ult to a team fight and the health from sightstone is useful Jungle Kennen - clears pretty well, can gank well with his stun, and his ult would be a guaranteed kill. Tank Vel-koz - Has ridiculously high base dmgs. Would still do a ton of dmg if you built full tank. especially with organic deconstruction stacks.
