tbh not even that bad of an idea though...
I don't think there are any "pant" items in the store. They have skirts and everything but no pants!
Pant idea:
Pants of sadness -2 health +9 armor +3 Abillity power -1% Cooldown Reduction
Active: -100% Movement speed +300000 Health Gain amumu's abillties

Pants Cost: 850 gold +35 AP +15 AD +20% movement speed UNIQUE - Active: Shame - Whenever you activate this, your champion feels Shame because they take off their pants. This causes enemies nearby to get stunned for 2.25 seconds until your champion finally pulls their pants up again. When your enemies are stunned, you get +20% bonus movement speed.
u uys are forgetti ng the noobs who would uninstall the game when they think the game glitched becoause their characters' pants didn't appear
If pants were an item they would have to be core on all dragon champs.
No templar in their right mind would buy that.
