He's still playable, just don't pick him into a team comp which you have the only knockup. He still is awesome with

I can play him, and carry unless my team is just REALLY bad (and by really i mean i have a afk and a intentional troll, everything else is carriable).
Riot needs to stop nerfing Yasuo, especially since the only problem he has is his ult being able to be triggered by 99% of the displacements in the game. Just remove that and buff him back to how he was after his first nerf.
