I legitimately have 100% win rate with this strategy, but that was before Zz'Rot got rightfully nerfed. Champions picks are (generally) tanky champions with natural waveclear, without having to buy much damage. Having decent escapes is also very good.

Everyone takes summoner 12 summoner 4 or summoner 6 for moving around the map faster, and take reduced summoner cooldown from Resolve tree, and buy item 3158 for even lower cooldown. First rush items are item 3512 and item 3060 , although for bot lane duo, double item 3302 item 2031 is a good pickup. You can back early and get item 3097 item 2033 , with TP to return, which pretty much ensures you won't get poked down in lane anymore. item 3401 also helps with escapes somewhat, and then there's the execute which helps get a gold lead and push faster. item 3068 item 3748 item 3085 were common pickups to improve waveclear even further.

It probably still works somehow, but it used to be so disgustingly strong. All lanes were pushing constantly, which made it impossible for them to contest anything, including jungle camps.
