If you think that, you haven't seen Yorick vs Kayle. Yorick is left crying in a corner...
Or the fact that he only has a 50%+ winrate against 7 champions atm. 20 champs have a positive win rate vs him in the top lane, some in the astronomical range like Aatrox having a 67% win rate vs yorick. Oh yea, those 7 champs Yorick has a good win rate vs? Bottom of the barrel champs. None of them are doing that hot, he just is luke-warm to their ice cold.
Is he a splitpushing monster? Yes. Lane bully? Nowhere close. Q downtime early game is too long to easily build up his passive, and if the wave moves too far from where he got the first Q procs off, he can very well have the graves decay/disappear too quickly to have them at all.

I do think that there are counters for Yorick now. It was certainly more true that he had no counters before the rework.
