It's displacement abilities only and those make up an abysmal amount of crowd control abilities plus you need to do it right.
Riot has made a statement in the past as to why they don't fix some bugs "asap", simply because they are very specific and only affect such a minor amount of situations that it wouldn't be worth the time put into fixing them.
This has been answered like 3-4 times. Can we keep this in the gameplay section?

its probably just the fact that teemo's "bug" fix took like 30 minutes to get solved (or more like 10mins), they just add + a few mili seconds to brush stealth
riven's thing is insanely hard to pull off, even for challengers and one-trick rivens, and they are fixing it in 7.2 anyway. Have you ever actually seen someone do this in game, or are you just adding to the uproar about this supposedly gamebreaking glitch
